i've been carrying heavy stuff, and my back is further injured on wednesday.
i had an injection in medical centre to reduce the pain. (the medics are really 'one of a kind'. don't know who may read my blog, so just not talk about it.)
my back pain carries on, and i went to NUH. another injection. ouch~
friday and saturday mc. and sunday i need to book in! T_T
i'll need to wait until 14 april just to show my medical letters.
