time to get some sleep, i've not sleep for 2 days. but i decide to update my blog before i do.

reasons to take leave on 29 june:
1. watch euro 2008 final
2. toys and comics fair in suntec
3. book out in weekend!!!!!!

went to the toys and comics fair with akira, mog and kelvin and the event is just, disappointing. we squeezed our way out and proceeded to carl's junior. the serving is so 'incredible-hulk'.

meet up dawn and darrell to watch the match in chijmes, and watch football with dawn is entertaining.lol.. the way she reacts to the game flow is really comical. haha. i really enjoy watching games with her. and kristy is not there! damn!

in the end spain won the euro with a goal to nil. =)

btw... dawn is totally crazy over torres, maybe not as crazy as kristy to ronaldo, YET.

EURO 2008 final kick off at 0245 on monday (sg timing)

semi final result:
germany 3-2 turkey
spain 3-0 russia

germany scored the winner in stoppage time, while spain totally outplayed russia with their beautiful flow of football. now i can enjoy my final game (yes, i took leave for that. T_T) with germany vs spain and not turkey vs russia, with respect.

most likely i'll be watching with dawn and kristy, i still remember we watched a world cup match in 2006 when portugal won england together. we're at the centre of attention, thanks to these 2 crazy girls... they'll curse and swear, scream (my left ear was hurt), and dawn held my shoulder near to the neck and shaked me (faint*) after portugal had won, these 2 insane portugal fans hugged and went to ground crying.

this gives me a stephen chow feeling for the joke factor. or maybe because of the "stephen chow DVD classic full collection" that has been playing in camp for weeks.

i saw WE.King (managing role for team WE), and i hate the part about 肖缇 who is obviously refering to wNv.xiaot. and 肖缇 is an ass in the movie, maybe this is the reason why xiaot pull out of the movie.
sky is the special guest and showed up at the end of the movie, "用自己的进攻让对方犯错误." and this is how sky plays...

overall, the movie is a good start after esports has been recognised in the world as a competitive sport. however the tournament overviewand the in-game battle scene is very badly done and unprofessional. it doesn't go with the strat that the commentator is saying at all, and also far from what a live tournament is like. that is not 'sky 流' for sure, and orc uses tauren? maybe back in ROC. the director loves the 'turtle rock' map so much, and it's ironic that it's a bad map for human.

i hate horror movies

watched 'the happening' with stella and anthony few days ago, and it's a lousy show. probably they're trying to promote the message "human harms earth, and it will cause self-destruction eventually." which has been heavily use in many movies in recent years.



today i watched 'missing', i thought it is a western mystery show. but end up it's a chinese horror + romance show. maybe u're thinking how do horror and romance linked together, and yes it's quite cock up. we initially planned to watch kung fu panda, but i decided to watch it with shuyu tomorrow, so we end up watching this.



now i shall announce to the public that i hate ghost movies! 我会怕!

i watch the show with a paper bag covering my view, LOL!
i looked at li xin and said, "u know wat, i'm scared of ghost movie."
she looked at me with a 'i don't believe' face, and i went "i'm serious..."
li xin: do u wan me to lend u my hand? (to block my eyes)
and i almost laughed out, then she gave me the paper bag (we sneaked in with burger king in my bag), and i cover my eyes with it. LOL... no joke. through out the show, i use the paper bag whenever i anticipate something is coming. after awhile, i leaned on her shoulder and said "你骗我来看鬼戏, you told me it's a triller"
she: "ghost --> triller"
me: wtf...
and i think the people behind me are laughing.

actually this is the second time i watch a ghost movie in cinema, and my first time is kinda 'get con' to watch it. i still remember it! my friend and i went to yishun for dinner, before we decide to watch a movie before we go home. we just picked one that is gonna start in a min, and my friend told me it's an adventure movie that had a big poster outside the theatre. in the end i see my adventure, a bitch in white with long hair crawl out of the TV!!! WTF!!

my father told me that, if you date a girl to movie, go for horror movie.
AND I DON'T BUY THAT!!!

group stage will be ending soon, with just group d left to complete the last 8.
it's an open secret that i support spain in terms of national team tournaments and spain is always 'under-performing' with the players at their disposal.

but spain looks like a different team in this tournament, everything just fit in pretty nicely. torres + villa is superb, gonna be the best striker partnership in this tournament. my favourites are david silva and cesc fabregas. =)



i just added a new section in my blog, "football score prediction"!
lets see if i'm good in it, but so far i've been quite accurate with predicting who will win or is it a draw. but i never guess the score correctly! it's just too hard to predict...

btw... singapore did not qualified for world cup 2010, after defeated by saudi arabia 2-0. expected?

i've been watching drama, movie, anime in camp with my PSP, 8gb is not enough!!
of course there are games in there too...

i love the realplayer!
after u've installed realplayer, u can dl online videos easily, e.g. youtube and crunchyroll. simply put your mouse cursor over the video which is playing, and the "download this video" option will pop out. just click on it, then wait and enjoy.

next use PSP video 9, which is a free program for you to convert video to mp4 (quite limited type of files it can transfer.) it can convert flv files to mp4 and realplayer dl online videos as flv! so yes, JUST ABUSE!!!

i've been an admirer of i-pod touch, it looks nice and good function. just that it only comes with 8 and 16 gb, but how can i abandon my beloved PSP?
3G i phone is coming up, and it looks like i touch...

my medical condition

many friends have been asking me about my medical condition, thanks to your concern.
i will just post it here.

1. back injury
2. nose bleed

1. back injury

i injured my back during bmt in aug 2007, and i've no history of back injury before that. i experienced back pain for 2 days which i initially thought it's ache due to training, i did tell my pc and he told me to see medical officer if this carries on. after enduring the training with the pain, especially carrying loads and running, i can't get up when i was doing a shuttle run next day as the change of direction is too much. i went to mo for a few times after that and all i get is something to apply on the back, and a status slip... the pain didn't go off and i still unable to walk properly.

i went to glen eagle to see a specialist after i get a referal letter from a family doctor. ok... lets cut the story short, i've seen physio as well. so here is what happened to my back.

- my back doesn't have the curve of what a normal person should have (too straight), i was told that it's only a matter of time that i get injured doing physical training.

- back bone early degradation (omg...)

- muscle imbalance. the right side of the back is alot harder than my left, physio: of course pain la!

now i can't run, can't carry heavy stuff, limited back movement... hai...
and yes, i'm going through physio sessions. remind me of the nuh physio who i'm going to see tomorrow! =)

2. nose bleed

i think many of you have seen how i bleed, and it's VERY serious.
it's due to thin low vessel wall in my nose and my cousins have the same problem too. i can just walk and bleed out of no where, hot weather and dusty environment will contribute to it.
it doesn't stop easily, and blood doesn't drip out but flow out. the blood clots will get out as well, and it's a common scene that blood comes out from my mouth. (i look like a cancer last stage, no offence.) by the time i manage to stop it, i've lost alot of blood and i get dizzy. the story doesn't stop here, the blood clots stuck in the nose makes me hard to breathe and blood in the throat --> sore throat. i'll bleed like this for a few days, amen... it's like i've menstration in my nose. -_-||

my camp is very dusty, next to construction and factories. yes, i bleed very frequently. and i know you may be thinking about, pes down or post out, i can't tell anymore about it here as it's inconvenient. potential trouble, it's better not to risk it.

university of western aust offer

i've received an offer from UWA.
bachelor of economics, go straight into 2nd year and it's a 2 years course.

another choice for me, which is very good.
however, i need to accept my offer before end of july if i want it.
there may be not university offers coming up, it makes it like a gamble.
but somehow i prefer uni of queensland...

can't wait for my after ns life!!

picnic in east coast

just reached home less than 30 min ago.
today is another joyful day, spend my time picnic in east coast with jean and co.
luckily the rain stopped in the later part of the day, i was praying to have a sunny day for the whole week!
darren has night duty, chin feng has some problem at work and dawn has church committment, so they didn't join us this time.

everyone prepared some food:
me: sandwich (i can't differentiate cabbage and lettuce!! omg)
jean: sausage (the key is the sauces)
jia bi: chicken wing (lots of work, took out the bone and add yam in the middle)
meng siang: DIY burger (he's lazy.. lol)
natalie: pie (although her mum helped, but it's nice nevertheless)
michelle: strawberry cake (excellent, out of expectation)
kai shi: bacon sausage and 'rabbit egg' (nice boyfriend to prepare those stuff for you, and of course free ride. thank you!)
amanda + wan xiang + merrick: fried rice (she didn't bring it as she said it's tasteless. T_T)

some of us cycle, and we had so much fun with merrick who is gonna turn 2 yrs old soon. meng xiang, amanda and i went to jean's home for mahjong!! long waited mj gathering, we just never able to get everyone free. amanda drove me home, after going to many different expressway. lol.. but thanks.. =)

i didn't bring camera, not even camera phone (my mother took my phone to go oversea, and yes i'm home alone as usual). will post pictures up when others send to me.
