great match... drogba scored 2 to win the game. chelsea deserves to win, more chances, make better use of possession.

just watched evangelion 1.0 in cathay with kelvin, akira and apple, after disappointment last week.
it's a remake of the evangelion series, it took away most of the 'not so important' part in the TV series, which is quite important. e.g. shinji stares at the ceiling for a long time, a line and black screen, traffic lights scene (typical gainax style though). but most importantly, it keeps most of those great parts. but probably missed out the part when shinji first saw eva-01, and it rises its arm to protect him from falling objects. that's epic... but what can be more epic than shinji looks for rei in her apartment to cough* give her the name pass.
if you're an evangelion fan, don't miss it...

improving on my warcraft
my warcraft improves quite alot recently.
prediction, control tempo, micro, macro, all improved.
as for those i lost, i reviewed them if i don't know why i lose.
some common reasons:
- poor timing (my biggest weakness)
- not enough towers (when i expand, i try to build just nice amount of towers)
- control mistake e.g. am walk into trees and get bm slash xN (nothing to say...)
- unexpected stuff from opponent (rarely happens to me now)
- map imbalance (e.g. vs ud in tr, vs orc in gw)
- stronger opponent (技不如人,无话好说)
things i want to improve:
- timing!
as in when to farm and when to attack.
even want to farm, must know where to farm.
if attack, whether is to trade tp, end the game or earn resource.

sick
i'm sick.
fever, sore throat, flu (green stuff flowing out)
this is bad, i get sick when i'm not in camp! what a waste...
i've a 2 days mc and i took leave on the weekend.
i can watch the manchested united vs liverpool and chelsea vs arsenal before i book in.
the doctor is funny. he was telling me about being a mo last time, and asked about me. i look really tired. i told him my 'shedule'. he was shocked, "army has no employee right!" lol.. "those shit... bla bla bla" really funny. never expect an old man to be so 'young'
i need some really good rest.

disappointed
apple, akira and i wanted to catch evangelion: 1.0 in cineleisure today at 7.25pm
it's sold out, and the next timing at 9.50pm is sold out too. didn't know it's so hot... -_-
all 3 of us wore red today. lol... apple suggested to watch sky of love, a japanese love story, and akira is ok with it as he said he want to watch something emo. lol..
3 guys wear same color and watch love story, lol!?
eventually we didn't buy any tickets and had dinner in central hong kong cha chan ting. the service sucks...

457 days to go
alittle book out day for me, gonna book in later at 0800.
tmr ry pop from bmt, gonna meet up with him to drink in the weekend. i SUPPOSE to be free, but there's a platoon gathering shit. hopefully i can meet him. while mog just enlist in civil defence. CD rocks.. -_-
the people in there are kinda... out of their mind? they touch each other and stuff, do all sort of weird action, weird sound. very gay. i think stay in there for too long really drives people mad. my bunk has aircon, how nice of saf. but i sleep in guardhouse anyway T_T
i'm using the default blogspot skin, and i can't edit the html and load. error will appear... so those youtube videos that i post here will get 'cut'.
i'm really bad with my patapon, my rhythm is fuck up. my platoon has quite a number that plays warcraft, most are gamers. typical singaporean. lets wait for starcraft II.. i've never played sc before, i wonder what race will i choose. i don't know a shit about it, all i know is 3 races and no heros no items. lots of macro little micro.
here is the preview video, after 11 years from the original sc, sc2 will be out this year. blizzard made quality game, lets just be patient and wait for them to fix bug and balance the game.
time to sleep, 48 hours of duty is waiting. gonna eat chicken tart and egg tart made by tab for breakfast.

went home wash clothes, iron uniform, (iron to the extend that the collar stands), polish boots. book in at 8.00am next day.
when i'm home, my father asked "don't you've a day free each week? it's a labour law." i replied "soldiers are no labour. T_T" tmd... we're worse than maid. i only get $399.20 a month, i'm sure maid get better pay. ok.. lets be obtimistic... hmmm... like i'm going to do the same thing tmr. then stay in until monday 4.30pm? lol..
i just went to replays.net, sky has 9 replays on the main page. all vs ne.. his 'favourite' match up. vs remind, sai and sase.
and oh yes! ac milan 0-2 arsenal!!

long day
yesterday is a long day.
first, i went to yew tee to take a look at my new home. blk 557, near yew tee mrt. don't ask why do i shift there when i live in cck, my parents choose. probably will be in by july? and yong sheng is just next blk, 559. lol.
travel down to cityhall to meet up with soon guan, rarely see him wearing formal. there was a SAF fair in marina square, air force, navy, army... it reminds me of booking in. -_-
sg studies marintime in sp, so maybe navy is a choice. when we reached, the mp are showing some drill on stage. look kinda idiotic..
then we went to the career and education fair is in suntec. many of the foreign uni don't accept future application, so i can't apply for a place after i ord. tmd.. owned by saf again. i plan for these few choices, business, economics, marketing and psychology. i sat down at the james cook uni booth to talk to a pretty girl, and i can get exempted 11 modules out of 24 in the bachelor of psychology. well... i get qutie distracted in front of her, cough** psychology huh!? lol..
i went to costa sand at night for meng siang's 21st birthday. i see many people i don't expect to see, e.g. james, yong hui, pei shan... happy birthday. but the show kinda stole by merrick (bao bei), 1 yr+ old boy boy of fierce amanda. ~_~ (always pinch me, slap me, wack me! and she's teaching her son to do that!!) he has his mother's big eyes.

Tribute to field medical teams
we all know about professional soccer in the world.
we all know about professional players play for pride and glory, and of course for fans.
but not all of us pay attention to those medical staff out there on the field, who attend to injured players.
horrible things happen on the field, just recently eduardo da silva from arsenal break his leg with a twisted ankle (his foot twisted the other way) after a sliding challenge from martin taylor of birmingham. he will not be able to play for the rest of the season, includes representing croatia in the euro 2008.
you can see his foot twisted the outward.
doctors have admit that he could have lost his foot if not the medical staffs perform an excellent first aid. he said it was because such injury damages the blood vassels and nerves.
this reminds me of an injury of cisse, former liverpool player. a match against blackburn a few years ago, a tackle broke his leg, the bone came out of the leg! thanks to the medical staffs, cisse continues his career and is doing fine. he could have lost his leg. probably not even walking.

P.S. Martin Taylor, cao ni ma de!! sorry.. i'm an arsenal fan. arsenal has many key players out injured this season, e.g. van persie for almost whole season.
we all know about professional players play for pride and glory, and of course for fans.
but not all of us pay attention to those medical staff out there on the field, who attend to injured players.
horrible things happen on the field, just recently eduardo da silva from arsenal break his leg with a twisted ankle (his foot twisted the other way) after a sliding challenge from martin taylor of birmingham. he will not be able to play for the rest of the season, includes representing croatia in the euro 2008.
you can see his foot twisted the outward.
doctors have admit that he could have lost his foot if not the medical staffs perform an excellent first aid. he said it was because such injury damages the blood vassels and nerves.
this reminds me of an injury of cisse, former liverpool player. a match against blackburn a few years ago, a tackle broke his leg, the bone came out of the leg! thanks to the medical staffs, cisse continues his career and is doing fine. he could have lost his leg. probably not even walking.

duty schedule
my unit is running a 2 week duty schedule.
1st week
mon: mount
tue: mount
wed: dismount
thu: standby
fri: mount
sat: mount
sun: mount
2nd week
mon: dismount
tue: standby
wed: mount
thu: mount
fri: dismount
sat: standby
sun: standby
mount -> duty
dismount -> rest, attend lessons
standby -> attend lessons and training
when mounting, you do 48 or 72 hrs of duty, depend on number of mounting days. after every session of duty, you'll get to rest for 2-3 hours before next duty. damn shag..
as for me, i'm given the role of CQ, which i need to deliver rations around the base, include the sea side. breakfast at 5.30am, lunch at 11am, dinner at 5pm. also incharge of bedsheet and stuff.
and they're HEAVY! i've excuse heavy load, yet my csm gives me this appointment. he wins. and i think if i bring it up, he'll make me carry 1 by 1 and i've around 60 rations to carry around. additional of xN bedsheet, blanket, pillow case.
after staying in camp, the dusty environment makes my nose bleed 3-4 times a day cause me dizzy. when my csm saw me bleed the whole basin and sat down there. he sent me to medical centre, the mo can do nothing but just gave me a day of light duty. i bring it back to my csm, he said "isn't your duty light enough?" lol!!???
is he encouraging me to get out of here? my nose bleed horribly due to dusty camp (tuas industrial area), my back is hurting due to carrying loads everyday, when i'm suppose to go for physio and rest my back!!
